About

Hello, and welcome to my ‘Blog’.

Having been a professional artist [amongst other things] since 1986, exhibiting and selling select artwork, a website seemed to make sense to show the world my world.  As an eclectic person, and a bit of a polymath, I taught art & design privately and academically, thus allowing me to share whilst having stewardship over impressionable minds-something I consider a great [if not the greatest] responsibility of all.  I have found I have the knack of bringing out the best in individuals, although one can never please everyone.  So here we are!

I’m married to Adam, and together we have a lovely family, all of whom share our artistic abilities in one way or another.  These days I’m a qualified historian, another passion of mine, and whilst I have worked in that area since graduation, I now work for a completely different company where advancement is a distinct possibility-one that I plan on grasping firmly with both hands, as my previous job prepared me for management responsibilities.  I quite happily merge my skills with art…and now that i’m rather more familiar with antiquity, i’m much more able to indulge my passions, and languish in those that mean most to me…

  1. my family
  2. my artwork
  3. antiquity

My work is intended to evoke profound emotion, inspiring others to analyze and express themselves.  That said, enjoy the site…and it would be cool if anyone wishes to comment on the site!

  1. come on people…don’t be shy! Leave me your comments, whether good or bad. Constructive criticism is something i feel is necessary-how else can we grow if we are not willing to listen to the opinions of others?

  2. Artwork of a different kind can be found by clicking the following link:
